When should I make a reservation?

Reserving rental equipment is always better to do earlier than later. A reservation will confirm that the items you need, will be available on the day that you need them.

What about changes to my rental reservation?

Additions to your rental order are always welcome and are subject to availability. Please remember we always do our best to accommodate your needs.

How long can equipment be rented for?

Length of equipment rental varies on availability and cost. All equipment has minimum charges for periods ranging from 4 hours to one day. The daily rate is good for 24 hours. We do charge for all time out, whether the equipment is used or not. Items with hour meters are limited to 8 hours use per day; 40 hours per week and 160 hours per month. Overtime rates do apply for multi-shift use.

How and when do I pay for my rental?

Full payment is due on the day the rental equipment is returned. Credit Cards, Debit Cards or Cash are accepted.

What happens if something is broken, damaged, or missing?

We do charge for all missing, broken, and damaged items at full replacement cost, including labor. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.

Can you help me to find the items I might need?

Yes, our staff is always available to assist you in determining your needs for any project. We can also suggest items you may need to help your project go more smoothly and safely.

What is the charge for pickup and delivery?

The fee is based on the distance we are traveling. Please give us a call for a specific quote.

When will my items be delivered?

Our goal is to deliver you items when you want them. We may ask for a window of time if you can accommodate it. We can also deliver the previous evening and start your time the next morning if you need to get started before we can get it to you.

What is my responsibility when items are returned?

All items should be returned as you received them. Please knock off loose and excess dirt or mud. A cleaning charge may apply. Fill the fuel tank to avoid fuel charges. Keep items in a secure location until we can pick up delivered items.
